Hi Team, I bought the product in 2018. The product is easy to handle. I love the extension pipe. More flexible. The battery enables me to finish vacuum cleaning 2 bed room apartment without recharging each time. But the battery quite heavy. Comparatively need more force to move the vacuum cleaner around. I find a bit difficulty to plug in the extension pipe to the body and the carpet nozzle. The noise from the product while doing vacuum cleaning is more obvious, (noisy than when I start using in the 1st two years) Regards Rowena
