I bought this fridge a month ago and with food on ice, literally, I was grateful for the prompt delivery. I bought on brand reputation and size, as I have a limited fridge cavity. Within a couple of days it was clear the freezer seal was faulty as water/ice droplets had formed along the freezer door moulding. AO's customer service in replacing the fridge promptly without argument was brilliant. I like the interior fridge layout, including the adjustable split shelf and movable bottle track, as well as the inclusion of a removable ice cube maker in the freezer. The meat/fish compartment is the best I've used as it keeps meat colder than in the rest of the fridge space. Internal door shelf design is also very practical. The fridge cycles more often than I would have expected given its 4-star energy rating. I'm not sure what the sound of water running inside the fridge indicates, either. Only time will tell if this fridge proves reliable and the thin seals and plastics prove durable.
