I hate it - no directions - I wanted the heating feature - doesn’t get very warm and warmth comes out low on machine - useless. I have purchased Dyson vacuums and very happy - but this is just a waste of money. Even the cooling fan unsatisfactory.

The heater is excellent. It has a range of fan and heat settings. The cooler is a joke. This product should only be advertised as a heater. It does not cool
