The fan, heater, and air purification functions are excellent, and the hardware itself feels premium. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connectivity is a major weak point. As soon as you change your Wi-Fi network or router, reconnecting the unit becomes far more difficult than it should be. Every other inexpensive smart device in my home reconnects without issue, but the Dyson often requires extensive troubleshooting, resetting, removing and re-adding the device, and repeatedly changing Wi-Fi settings through the app. Dyson’s own support documentation includes multiple troubleshooting and reset procedures just to reconnect to a different network. I have spent hours troubleshooting Wi-Fi connection problems and changing network settings, only to end up going through the setup process again. Looking online, many other Dyson owners report similar frustrations with Wi-Fi reliability and reconnecting devices after network changes. For a premium-priced product, I expected a much smoother smart-home experience. The fan itself is great, but it feels like Dyson has cut corners when it comes to the Wi-Fi and app experience.

Shuts off when using the device.and goes into error when using the circulation function.

I hate it - no directions - I wanted the heating feature - doesn’t get very warm and warmth comes out low on machine - useless. I have purchased Dyson vacuums and very happy - but this is just a waste of money. Even the cooling fan unsatisfactory.
