I bought this machine in 2019. It has been little while since the rinse cycle doesn't do it jobs properly and I am left with detergent on the clothes. There is no blockage and I got someone some bosh coming to look at my issue but I was just told to change detergent. Even this didn't work. I was expecting more from Bosch and for me this machine doesn't reflect the reputation of the brand. It was a waste of money.

Besides the fact that you can always trust the Bosch brand, I think Bosch made a great product with this series. Even though limited kg, having the dryer function is awesome. Also you can mix and match the programs, change the degree or even the duration to your need, which is great. I guess one of the most common things that use with the machine is the ability ot stop the program and add that missing piece of clothing you forgot to put in.Now it's been two years and machine is rock solid. During the usage we have also learned the auto self protect feature, which I initially though there was something wrong with the machine :), i.e. if you put one bulky item which collects a lot of water and creates a risk to damage the drum, then machine gently refuses to wash!

As a washer this machine does a reasonably good job quietly. As a drier it's good as a way to speed up the process, but clothes need to finish air drying before they can be put away. The drying cycle names are also not self explanatory, so keeping the instruction book is a must. My main problem with it is that it uses 3L of water in its drying cycle. I read up on it before buying to avoid buying a drier that consumes water, and even spoke to someone on the Bosch customer service line who assured me it doesn't, however after buying it I found the info on the consumption specs page of the manual.
