This is our second machine and by far the best! It is easy to operate and clean. The coffee is delicious and can be personalised to anyone's taste. I was looking for something I could use everyday with ease and Bosch certainly delivers. I would recommend this machine to anyone who enjoys fresh coffee made to their own taste, quickly, easily and deliciously!!!

We went from a sunbeam barista style machine to the Bosch automatic machine and we are so glad we did. It’s easy to use and very easy to clean and makes a great cup of coffee every single time. I love that I don’t have to froth milk and the coffee is always hot! Perfect machine for our busy household! Compared to the other machines in its price category we think it’s great value for money!

I bought this because Bosch is a quality brand and I liked the idea of foaming milk in the cup as you go. It makes a very nice cuppacino but it’s rather small and no apparent way to make it bigger. My husband has used it 4 times and it has now shut itself down saying that it needs descaling and I can not seem to get the Bosch descaling tablets anywhere but online. There is also the option of putting a filter on the water jug which is recommended and apparently stops the machine from requiring descaling regularly. You would think that they would have included at least one filter with the machine but they do not and because no one seems to carry this machine in store it’s another thing I can only purchase online. I wish I had bought a Delonghi instead.
