Don't waste your money, better units on the market

This product had a faulty panel on the front, from get go Rinnai were refusing to do anything about it saying its faulty and the installer should never had put it in. More like terrible quality control Rinnai. Rinnai even said that I would have to pay for the service call. Service has now been organised at no cost but it wasn't without a lot of time being spent sending photos etc. The remote has no backlight nor does it give room temperature. The unit blows only tepid air on heat and takes forever to even heat up close to the unit. The fan is noisy on high. All in all I regret trying to save a Dollar by buying this junk.
